This page explains how AIToolister guides are researched, written, kept up to date and corrected. Our aim is simple: give readers accurate, balanced information they can use to choose software.
How we choose topics
We write about AI software for specific professions and business tasks where readers have a real decision to make. Topics are chosen from what people search for and what is missing or out of date elsewhere. No company can pay to be covered.
How we research
Every guide starts with primary sources, in this order:
- The vendor’s official pricing page.
- Official documentation and help centers.
- Official announcements and release notes.
- Reputable independent sources, used for context or when official information is missing.
Prices, plan names, limits and features change often in the AI market, so each guide shows the date it was last reviewed. Where a vendor doesn’t publish its prices, we say so instead of guessing.
Hands-on testing
We don’t claim to have tested every tool. Many business tools require paid plans, sales demos or enterprise contracts. When a guide is based on research rather than hands-on use, it says so clearly, and we never write “we tested” unless we did.
Balanced coverage
Every guide covers limitations and trade-offs, not just strengths. Where it helps, we say who should skip a tool and what to consider instead.
Our use of AI
We use AI tools to help with research organisation, drafting and editing. Every guide is reviewed and edited by Ahsan Javaid before it is published. Facts such as prices, features and limits are checked against the sources above, and unsupported claims are removed.
Updates
When we learn that pricing or features have changed, we review the guide and update it. We don’t change a guide’s date unless its content has actually been reviewed.
Corrections
If you spot an error, please tell us through our contact page (choose “Correction / Factual Issue”) or email contact@aitoolister.com. Include the page, the information you believe is wrong and, if possible, a source. We review every report and correct verified errors as soon as we can. Significant corrections are noted at the end of the article.
